Order Request

Submitting an Order request does not confirm your order. We will be in touch to confirm your order details, discuss delivery options and charges (if applicable), and discuss payment options.


Orders will only be supplied once payment is received.


Shipping & Delivery 

Season Looms offers free delivery in the local area of Fawkner, and surrounding suburbs within a 5km radius of postcode 3060.


Seasons Looms offers standard and express delivery options. These options will be discussed and agreed upon once the order is received. Postage charges may vary depending on the volumn of the order.


The advised delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date the order was placed. All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.

Due to potential and unexpected delivery disruptions, delays may occur.

During "season specials" all orders will be processed and despatched as quickly as possible. However, busy periods could result in some delays with despatch.

If there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to ensure it is resolved - however, we cannot make guarantees. Due to the nature of postal services, some circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your parcel.

Sale

Prices as marked. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.


Payment

Orders will not be shipped until payment receipt has been confirmed. Payment options will be discussed and agreed once the order has been received.

Payment can be made by direct deposit into our nominated bank account before the order is shipped, or if agreed, Cash on delivery.

Season Looms requests upfront payment for any Customised items. 


Party Packs

Season Looms requires at least 3 weeks notification of the required party date to ensure colours, and stock can be fullfilled to avoid disappoinment. A deposit payment of 50% is required to commence any party pack order and the balance of payment will be required before despatching the order.


Amending Orders

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. If the order has not been despatched, we may be able to cancel the order, however we cannot guarantee this.


Items

Products are made with Loom bands, and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. These items are not for consumption. Season Looms are not responsible for snapped bands once the item has been worn. 


Contact Information

Season Looms collect your email, phone number and name to complete transactions you request and perform our contractual obligations, including sending notifications related to your purchases. We may use this information to follow up on your experience with us, and notify you of new Season Specials.


Refunds

A refund will be arranged if there was an error on our part in making the item.
